What's Brewwing? - Nov'25
It’s been a busy few weeks at Breww HQ, with a series of updates designed to make your day-to-day brewing, ordering, and reporting smoother than ever. Here’s a round-up of what’s new across the platform.
Sales forecasting
Automatically build sales forecasts based on historic data
You can now create saved sales forecasts that can be automatically generated using machine learning. Breww analyses your historic sales, seasonal patterns, product demand and growth trends to produce accurate forecasts.
Forecasts can also be created manually or imported from a spreadsheet. Once saved, they link to the Stock availability forecast report so you can see when products may run out and plan production with confidence.
You can compare your forecasts with actual sales to track accuracy and refine future predictions. This helps improve planning and supports more informed production decisions.
Smarter stock and supplier management
Split inventory receipts over multiple supplier invoices
You can now link one supplier invoice to several inventory receipts (or vice versa). This gives you full flexibility when suppliers part-deliver or split invoices. Everything is neatly grouped into Document Pools for a single, clear view of what was ordered, received, and invoiced.
All stock adjustments report
A new pre-built report shows all manual stock adjustments in one place; who made them, when, and by how much. Simple, transparent, and ideal for audits.
Production improvements
Improved brewing page layout
The brewing page has been redesigned for clarity. All the same information is there, but it’s now easier to follow, particularly on mobile or smaller screens.
Enter recipe ingredient additions in different units
You can now record recipe additions in different units from your stock items, for example, add ingredients in millilitres even if the stock is stored in litres or gallons.
Use substitute ingredients at any time
You’re no longer restricted to substitutes only when the original is out of stock. Choose alternatives whenever it suits your workflow.
Audit logs for brewsheet and fermentation readings
Every value entered into a brew or fermentation now carries an immutable audit trail, showing who added or edited data and when. Perfect for traceability and compliance.
Move vessels between sites
If you operate across multiple locations, you can now record bulk beer movements between sites directly in Breww. A small but powerful improvement for multi-site breweries.
Orders, payments and administration
Bulk upload orders from CSV or Excel
Adding historical or trade orders just got faster. Upload in bulk, then manage deliveries and stock assignments as usual.
Private order notes
You can now add internal-only notes to orders, ideal for team communication without sharing details with customers.
Bulk update leads
Need to tidy your CRM? Update multiple lead records at once to save time and keep your data clean.
Integrate with multiple Stripe/Fintech accounts
For breweries managing multiple business entities, Breww now supports multiple payment integrations so each brand or company can connect to its own Stripe account.
Packaging and logistics
Print pallet labels in advance
Generate and print pallet labels before packaging runs. This streamlines logistics where pre-labelling is essential.
Exclude specific products from automatic assembly or disassembly
Keep certain packaged products (like 24-packs) intact and reserved, preventing them from being broken down into components automatically.
Integration with ekegPlus
We’ve launched a new integration for racking and container pool forecasting. This helps you manage kegs more efficiently while saving admin time.
Quality and reporting
Drink batch order assignments via API
You can now view which drink batches are linked to specific orders via API; ideal for custom integrations or data exports.
